Return and Refund Policy

Online Orders

We accept returns on online orders up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In-Store Purchases

Refunds are offered if the item is brought back to the store on the same day of purchase. After the day of purchase, we offer a store credit. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns on the following items:

  • Bedding
  • Candles
  • Diffusers
  • Dishes/Glassware
  • Towels
  • Bath products
  • Soaps

Note: Scented products can be exchanged for a store credit (gift card) only if they are unused and a receipt is provided.
