At Downton & Co., we are committed to bringing timeless design from around the world directly to your home. We currently ship to customers within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your items for their journey.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the weight of your products and your delivery location.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer reliable shipping across all Canadian provinces and territories. Standard delivery times typically range from **3 to 9 business days** depending on your location relative to our store in Lacombe, Alberta.
International Shipping (USA & UK)
We are pleased to offer international shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom.
* USA: Estimated delivery is 5 to 14 business days.
* UK: Estimated delivery is 7 to 21 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Downton & Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Lacombe store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within **1 to 2 business days**. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:
* Monday: 10am - 4pm
* Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
* Saturday: 10am - 4pm
* Sunday: Closed
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at downton.co@gmail.com or call us at +1 825-989-1908 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers may have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are using a P.O. Box address, please ensure it is compatible with standard parcel delivery services.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Please note that we do not offer returns on the following items:

* Candles & Diffusers
* Dishes & Glassware
* Towels & Bath Products
* Soaps
