Downton & Co works hard to make sure that this site is easy and functional for your use. Please note that anything placed on this website is owned by Downton & Co. If you cannot comply with the following terms, we would like to kindly ask you to use another site and choose another company for your services. Thank you for understanding.

Correspondance -

Downton & Co works hard to answer all emails, Direst Messages & Calls that are received. If we do not reply to you within 2 business days please send another correspondent so that we can service you to the best of our abilities. We do not however accept any rude conduct to any of our staff or by means of email, direct message or call. If you are treating any Downton & Co member with disrespect you will not receive compensation. We love working together but you will not be indemnified if respect cannot be upheld. Due to the protection of Downton & Co and it’s staff members, trade partners and suppliers.

Pricing -

Downton & Co works hard to keep everything at a fair price. We cannot however, predict drops in the economy on exchange. If you are purchasing an item, at the time the item is purchased will be the amount charge. (Applicable to international buyers) We will keep prices as updated as possible online, some products are available in store at the same price.

Stocking -

Please note Downton & Co works hard to keep our online store updated in connection to the storefront based on stock. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will inform you immediately on its arrival date via shipping, or you will have the option to exchange the item refunds will not be provided after 24 hours of purchase.

Limitation of Liability -

Downton & Co works hard to provide the highest quality of products. Once the shipment has arrived you have 24 hours to make a damage claim on the item. We do not permit any damage claims after the 24 hours, and will not be giving refunds or exchanges. Within the 24 hours we will be taking the appropriate measures between the client and Downton & Co.
